When you execute the file R&.exe you will see the following:

If you already have UIN push "new", enter your UIN and push "ok":

After that your UIN will be added to the list:

If you don't have UIN or you want to register a new one, push "new UIN":

Enter the password and push "get picture" (remember that the password must include not more then 8 symbols!):

After the picture is loaded enter the symbols you see on it and push "register UIN":

That's all, the UIN is created:

Close the window and see the UIN you have just registered in the list. Push "ok".

Your current status is "offline". Left-click on it and choose "online":

R&Q will ask the password

Enter it taking into account the layout and the register.

Adding contacts

While first connection R&Q will automatically load your contacts from the server.

Your contacts can be imported from the local contact list (Main menu/Special/Import from ICQ contacts file).

Also you can add contacts manually (Main menu/add contacts) or by right-click on the group or online/offline separators.
