Status
Choosing main and x-status.
Visibility
Visible to all
You are visible to all contacts including the invisible list.
Normal
You are visible to all contacts but the invisible list.
Visible to contact list
You are visible to all local and server contacts in your contact list.
Privacy
You are visible only to the visible list.
Invisible
You are invisible to all contacts (if you send a message you'll become temporary visible to this contact).
Add contacts
Search at white pages
You can search a contact by UIN, nickname, name etc. It's necessary only to enter the info and push "search".
Possible preferences:
— only online users — in the search results will be only the contacts that are online at that time
— don't clear results — the ICQ server limits the shown search results only to the first 20, so to see all the variants you must push "search" several times. And the function above is needed to store the previous search results.

Add the contact by his UIN.
Privacy
Password
Opens the dialog-box changing the password.
In/visible list
Here you can manage your visibility lists. For example to move the contact from normal to visible, select it and push "visibility to visible".
Lock
Locks R&Q till you enter the password.
Special
View info of...
Opens the window to enter UIN and shows info about it.
Open chat with...
Opens chat with the contact not adding it to the contact list.
Contacts database
Your contact list, all UINs you have ever contacted or viewed the info are stored here. You can remove the contacts not in your contact list and their history.
Right-click on the window title to choose the additional fields shown.
Show log window
Logging the events (enabled in preferences).
Auto-message
You can enter the auto-message which will be received by the user (function is under construction).
Reload current lang
Reloads the current language (some interface elements will be updated only after the program reloading).
Import from ICQ contacts file
Import of the contacts from *.clb file (ICQ format).
Export to ICQ contacts file
Export of the contacts to *.clb file (ICQ format).
View SSI
Shows the ICQ-account information stored on the server.
History synchronization
Synchronization details.
Themes
Installed themes list.
Reload current theme
Reloads the current theme (necessary while hand-editing the theme files). Using the theme editor you won't need to reload the theme.
Refresh theme-list
If you have installed a new theme while R&Q works, you must use this function to update the theme list. Also it updates then R&Q is reloaded
Open contacts-theme
Opens the file contacts.theme.ini controlling contacts-themes in default text editor.
Smiles
Installed smiles list.
Sounds
Installed sound schemes list.
Support
Check for updates
Checks the new build of R&Q.

Outbox
Here are stored the messages that haven't been sent for some reasons, for example, the connection was broken while sending the message. They will be send automatically after the connection recovered, still you can edit or delete them while awaiting.
