It's the information about you which you want to be known, you can enter what you want.

The button "retrieve info" refreshes your info/loads the info about the contact.
The button "save my info" saves the entered info to the server.

Displayed
You can enter your name which will be displayed in the contact list of your recipients.

Age
Enter your age or birth date. Having chosen the check-box on the right you will be able to enter the necessary date for any contact and R&Q will remind you of it.

GMT
Greenwich meridian time.

The longest field on the bottom
You can enter any comment about you, a poem or a song :-)

Info about your work.

Extra

Last message time
When the last message from this contact was received.

Last time seen online
Last time when this contact was online (obviously, this information won't be saved while you are offline).

Online since
Time when this contact got online.

Registered on
UIN registration date.

Info updated to
Time of the last info update.

Group
The group where the contact is stored.

UIN-lists
Displays different UIN-lists used for example for multiple messages sending.

Client

Info about the used client.

Notes

Here you can enter any information, comments. Write what you want and just close the window, the information will be shown only to you. The text entered in the field "important" will be shown in the contact hint.
